Called and spoke to Micky? He held a face shield for me so I can pick up. Met him and he was very kool and friendly and spoke for a few minutes. Store was well kept and everyone was nice when I left the store and said goodbye.

Absolute favorite place with the most qualified staff! MASON is top tier. He answers all of my questions, makes the perfect recommendations, and you can tell he truly loves what he does. Promote him please!! As a new female rider, finding protective gear that actually fits my curves can be challenging, especially with the limited women’s selection in store, but Mason has gone above and beyond every time to find options that work for me. Cycle Gear White Plains has exceeded all of my expectations. I always leave feeling more knowledgeable, confident, and properly geared. My forever store! 🏍️

I will DEFINITELY be back. I cant remember the name of the person who helped me (Please put names on receipts) but he was extremely helpful! He told me the difference between the RF-1400 and the RF-SR and had me think about the future for when Ill upgrade my bike. I was able to walk out with my first ever helmet! The store is beautifully organized and and everyone was very welcoming. Would strongly & heavily recommend🫶🏼

The team at this location is phenomenal. As soon as you walk in the door, everyone looks up and greats you. Their product knowledge is top notch. Big shoutout to Mason for setting me up from head to toe with the proper gear and providing tips and tricks to improve my riding experience.

Absolutely love this place. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, but what really sets them apart is the energy, they’re genuinely fun to be around and make every visit enjoyable. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and valued, not just as a customer but as part of something bigger. They’ve built a true community here, and it’s one I’m genuinely proud to be a part of.
